On May 4, A3 participated in the government’s recent consultations on the modernization of the legal framework governing alcoholic beverages in Quebec and officially submitted a brief to highlight the reality of representation agencies and their essential role within Quebec’s ecosystem.

In this brief, A3 reaffirms its support for a thoughtful modernization of the Quebec model, one that preserves the strengths of the public network while promoting greater collaboration, transparency, flexibility, and recognition for agencies. The organization also puts forward several concrete proposals aimed at supporting the diversity of offerings, the consumer experience, and the sector’s overall performance.
